Who is responsible
Qorrlabs, Sunjawan, near Alpine Street, Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir, 181152, India, runs Forme and is responsible for your data. To ask us anything about your data, write to us at that address (see "Your rights and data requests" below).
What we keep on our servers
We keep the following for 365 days after your report is created or you unlock the full report (either one starts the 365 days again). During that time you can open and download your report using your private link. After 365 days it is deleted automatically and the link stops working.
- Your quiz answers.
- The results of your analysis: for example face shape, body shape, skin undertone, colour palette, style archetype, and your recommended looks and shopping list.
- The look images we generate for your full report.
- Your first name and email address, so we can save your report and send you its link.
- Whether you ticked the box to receive style tips and offers. This is stored separately from your report details.
- Your payment record: a payment reference, the report it unlocked, whether it is paid, refunded or disputed, and the record of the consent you gave at checkout (with its date and time).
The giveaway
If you enter the giveaway we keep your email address, your answer to the question, which boxes you ticked and the date, for up to 365 days. We use them to run the draw, to tell you the result and to send you the free report when Forme opens. We read the answers to learn what women need help with, and may quote one without your name or email. The giveaway collects no photos. To have your entry deleted, write to us at the address above. Entering is covered by the giveaway rules.
Photos
We do not store your photos. Photos are optional for the free report. If you add them, they are kept only in your own browser while you use the app. They are sent to our AI provider for analysis, once for your free analysis and, if you buy the full report, once more for the deeper analysis. After the deeper analysis they are deleted from your device automatically. You can also delete them yourself at any time.
Why we may use your photos. The legal basis for processing your photos is your consent, which you give when you upload them. You can withdraw it at any time by deleting your data (see "Deleting your data" below); we then stop using the photos and delete the analysis made from them. Withdrawing does not affect what we did before you withdrew.
Before sending, your browser measures some proportions from your photos (for example the ratio of your face width to its length). Those numbers are sent with the photos and kept as part of your results.
Who else receives your data
We use these companies to run Forme. Each receives only what is listed.
- Anthropic (Claude), our AI provider. Receives your face and full-body photos, the proportion measurements, your quiz answers (not your name or email), and, if you use the closet feature, the photos of your clothes, so it can write your analysis.
- OpenAI, image provider. Receives only a written description of an outfit (garments and colours) to draw your look images. It never receives your photos, name or email.
- Dodo Payments, payment provider and merchant of record. You give your payment details, name, email and billing details to them directly at checkout. We send them your report reference, the product, and the date and time of your checkout consent. They tell us whether the payment succeeded.
- Resend, email provider. Receives your email address, first name and the email we send you, which contains your private report link.
- Our hosting and storage providers. Your stored data (everything in "What we keep on our servers") sits in a cloud database, and your look images in cloud file storage. They hold it for us.
Some of these companies are outside India, including in the United States, so your data may be processed outside your country. We do not sell your data.
Cookies and browser storage
We set two cookies, and both are needed for the service to work. Neither is used for tracking or advertising. The first is set as soon as your free report is made. It proves this browser made the report, so that "Delete my data" works even if you never pay; it lasts up to 365 days. The second is set after you unlock the full report. It proves your unlock on that device and lasts up to 30 days (opening your report link sets both again). Your browser also stores your quiz answers, photos and closet pieces on your device while you use Forme, and a note of your progress.
Marketing emails
We only send style tips and offers if you ticked the box on the email screen. Every marketing email will have a one-click unsubscribe link, and using it turns your consent off straight away. Emails about your report (such as your private link) are not marketing and are always sent. We do not send marketing emails at the moment; we only store your choice.
Deleting your data
You do not have to wait 365 days. Open your report, scroll to the bottom and choose "Delete my data". This deletes immediately, from our servers: your report, quiz answers, results, look images (the files themselves, not just the records), name, email and marketing choice. It also deletes from your device your photos, quiz answers and closet pieces.
It does not delete your payment record (the payment reference, its status and your checkout consent). We keep that until the 365 days are up so that refunds and disputes can be handled. Dodo Payments also keeps its own records under its own policy.
Your rights and data requests
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it for marketing. Most of this you can do yourself: your report holds your data, and "Delete my data" deletes it. For anything else, write to Qorrlabs at Sunjawan, near Alpine Street, Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir, 181152, India and include your report link so we can find your data. If you live in the UK, EU or another country with data protection law, you also have the rights it gives you, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top.
