Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Forme is run by Qorrlabs, based at Sunjawan, near Alpine Street, Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir, 181152, India. In these terms "we" and "us" mean Qorrlabs, and "you" means the person using Forme. For support, refund requests and any question about these terms, write to us at that address. Please include your report link so we can find your report.

2. What Forme is

Forme gives you a one-time, AI-generated style report built from your quiz answers and, if you add them, your photos. It is style guidance and opinion. It is not professional, medical or psychological advice, and it is not a judgement of your body or appearance. AI can make mistakes, so treat the results as suggestions.

3. Price and payment

The quiz and a core report are free. The full report is a single payment of $27. It is not a subscription and nothing renews. Payment is taken by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record and processes your payment. We never see or store your card details.

4. Digital content, delivery and refunds

The full report is digital content that is generated for you after you pay and made available online when it is ready. The analysis runs in stages, so it can take a few minutes. It runs on screen while you wait, and we email you a private link to the finished report.

Your consent at checkout. Before you can pay, you must tick a box that is unticked by default: "I want my report straight away and I understand I lose my 14-day right to cancel once it is generated." Checkout does not start unless it is ticked. We keep a record of your consent, with the date and time and the wording you agreed to, against your payment.

Refunds. Your report is generated for you after you pay, so we do not refund a change of mind once it has been generated. We will refund you if you are charged more than once. We will also refund you if your report fails to generate: you can try again, and if it still fails on your second try, ask us and we will refund you. To ask for a refund, write to us at the contact details in section 1, with your report link. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments.

This does not affect your rights if the report is faulty or not as described (see section 9).

5. What the full report includes

• 20 styled looks, including 4 signature outfits for your style archetype
• 12 wardrobe essentials
• A shopping list matched to your budget and size
• Face, body, colour and hair guides, and a capsule wardrobe
• My Closet, which suggests outfits from clothes you already own
• 1 re-analysis with new photos for the same report (once it is used, your existing report stays available)
• 365 days of access, during which you can open and download your report (including as a PDF); after that it is deleted

The full report is built from your photos, so you need to add them before you can buy it. A report based on your answers alone is free, less precise, and leaves out the parts that need photos.

6. Who can use Forme

You must be 18 or over to use Forme. We do not run a separate age check: the quiz's youngest age band is "35 to 44", so someone under 18 cannot answer it truthfully, and by using Forme you confirm that you are 18 or over.

7. Acceptable use

• Upload photos of yourself only. Do not upload images of other people, and never of children.
• Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything that is not a photo of you or of your own clothes.
• Use Forme for yourself. Do not resell, scrape or copy the service or its reports, and do not try to get around its limits.
• Keep your private report link to yourself: anyone who has it can open your report.

We may refuse or stop service to anyone who breaks these rules.

8. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with Forme is limited to the amount you paid us for the full report ($27). We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make about clothes, hair or purchases based on a report. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Governing law and your consumer rights

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir, India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. This does not take away any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live, and nothing here limits them.

10. Changes

We may change or stop parts of Forme, and we may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. A change to the terms applies to purchases made after it; a report you have already paid for stays as described when you bought it.
